About the Role The ENTERTAINER business is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth within the B2B arm of the business. As a B2B Marketing Manager you will B2B Client Marketing
Establish and enforce B2B brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all client communications.
Oversee public relations and marketing initiatives for the launch of new B2B client programs.
Collaborate with account engagement teams to deliver CRM solutions as defined in the service level agreements.
Supervise the graphic design pipeline, ensuring all assets are delivered on schedule.
Develop compelling case studies and testimonials to showcase client successes.
Assist the business development team with the creation of persuasive pitch decks.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Design and implement a robust B2B marketing strategy to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
Identify target audience segments and develop tailored campaigns to effectively engage them.
Manage the marketing budget while monitoring ROI to ensure optimal resource allocation.
Partner with the Head of Digital Marketing to execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns across the website, custom landing pages, LinkedIn, events, and social media.
Produce and curate high-quality content—including blog posts, case studies, white papers, videos, webinars, and presentations—to establish thought leadership and boost engagement.
Lead the management of the B2B social media presence and related strategic initiatives.
Analyze and report on lead generation performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis across all relevant markets.
Event Management & Partnerships
Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry associations and other relevant organizations.
Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies.
What we’re looking for
A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the loyalty, technology, or lifestyle industries.
Demonstrated success in executing B2B marketing campaigns that meet strategic objectives.
A deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including CRM systems, social media platforms, and SEO.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding project management abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
