Job Description

Position: B2B Customer Acquisition Specialist – Risk Solutions (Remote)


Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven and result-oriented B2B sales professional to join our team and support the growth of our risk management business. This role is focused entirely on customer acquisition, with clear accountability for measurable business growth and revenue-driven KPIs. 


This is a remote role but may require the candidate to engage directly with clients and prospects in-person through meetings, conferences and events.


The candidate will report directly to the Group General Manager.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Revenue Growth: Drive direct revenue growth by securing new clients and expanding existing relationships.
•    Strategic Prospecting: Develop and execute a systematic approach to identify and engage potential clients across target sectors.
•    Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement.
•    Solution Consulting: Engage in consultative selling, understanding client challenges and articulating value propositions.
•    Client Engagement: Maintain regular face-to-face contact with clients and prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and close deals.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and leverage cross-functional expertise.


Key Expectations:
•    Results-Driven Mindset: The role is entirely focused on customer acquisition. 
•    Client-Focused: This role requires high levels of client interaction. 
•    Hybrid Working: While remote work is an option, the candidate must be prepared to travel regularly for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
 



Qualifications

Ideal Candidate Profile:
•    Experience in consultative sales of customized solutions (highly consultative sales, NOT transactional) to corporate clients.
•    Knowledge of prospecting tools and experience in conducting modern prospecting (active client acquisition).
•    Experience in working on long sales processes (3-9 months).
•    Excellent self-discipline and ability to work independently (you work remotely from home - the company’s headquarters is in Dubai, UAE - and you schedule meetings online or in person).
•    Ability to reach decision-makers (using modern prospecting tools or calls), schedule meetings, and conduct product presentations.
•    Ability to manage all stages of the sales process along with account management.
•    Ability to engage at mid management levels.
•    Well-developed negotiation and closing skills.
•    Ability to conduct remote sales.
•    Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
•    Ability to understand complex problems and articulate value propositions to different stakeholders.
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse internal team, while independently driving outcomes.
