Job Description

We're seeking a candidate to join our Partner Relations team, collaborating with our Fund Manager Partners to drive business development by sourcing new partnerships and managing the pipeline.


As a Partner Relations professional, you'll play a vital role in supporting GSE's business development initiatives, forging exclusive partnerships with fund managers seeking capital from GCC investors. You'll engage with potential fund manager partners globally, requiring a strong presence, professionalism, and adept communication skills to engage effectively with Partners, C-suite executives, and other key stakeholders.


This role demands a solid grasp of alternative investment products and the creativity to execute various tasks essential for success in establishing new capital-raising partnerships across sectors like Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt, Real Estate, Hedge Funds, and Infrastructure.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, a skilled sales professional, and a self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and engaging with diverse prospective clients seamlessly.


Responsibilities


 PR GOALS:


  • Commit to monthly and quarterly goals and KPIs to demonstrate the continued growth of the firm’s business by establishing engagements with new fund manager partners

PR CLIENT ACQUISITION & PIPELINE CREATION:


  • Collaborate with Greenstone management on crafting and implementing Greenstone’s business development strategies and tactics
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential new fund managers/clients, initiating and nurturing relationships
  • Pitch the firm’s placement services effectively to fund managers, highlighting competitive advantages and alignment with their fundraising goals
  • Lead prospective clients through a structured due diligence and closing process
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of various asset classes and investment strategies to effectively match our services with fund manager needs.
  • Provide insights into GCC investors’ appetite, preferences, and investment criteria, helping fund managers tailor their offerings.
  • Develop relationships and continually influence prospective clients to move deeper into due diligence on Greenstone’s services
  • Prepare and present customized sales enablement documents to fund managers
  • Participate in the negotiation of business terms with prospective clients
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance on the negotiation and signing of legal contracts to commence services
  • Warmly hand-off and transition signed clients from business development to fund placement and fulfillment team

PR PIPELINE OPERATIONS


  • Collaborate firm-wide on a daily basis to move leads, prospects, and opportunities forward in the pipeline
  • Maintain and update various proprietary and third-party CRM systems daily

BD ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:


  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and collaborate firm-wide to identify ways to expand Greenstone’s commercial relationships with each client
  • Assist in the amendment of client contracts to expand or modify services, as necessary, and collaborate with business units to update the deployment and fulfillment of those services
