Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute project plans to support the change journey within Elite Banking.
- Create and deliver presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including business analytics, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure resources are effectively allocated.
- Manage the overall budget for the Elite Banking department, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project performance and departmental budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project implementation and support

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Functions within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.
- Authorized to take decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in “Finance”, “Business Administration”, “Project Management”, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of [8] years of experience in project management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to analyse financial data and manage budgets
- High level of integrity and professionalism
