Job Description

MCS Middle East is a Dubai-based company specializing in providing turn-key solutions for Smart Home and Office automation systems, including ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and BMS (Building Management Systems). We offer site inspections, seamless system implementation, and exceptional after-sales service, all aimed at delivering cutting-edge automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs in smart home automation, ELV, and BMS solutions.

• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or new project engagements.

• Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

• Track sales metrics, set performance targets, and monitor progress to ensure goals are consistently met or exceeded.

• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop strategies and campaigns for business growth.
