Troubleshoot and fix transmission problems, such as slipping gears, hard shifting, or fluid leaks.
Work on both manual and automatic transmission systems when required.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and provide recommendations to ensure smooth performance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automatic transmission technology and hybrid systems.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Proven experience working as an Auto Gear Technician or in a similar automotive repair role.
Strong knowledge of automatic transmission systems, components, and diagnostics.
Ability to work with diagnostic tools and software to identify transmission issues.
Experience with hybrid vehicle systems is a plus.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
