Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Auto Mechanic specializing in luxury vehicles to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining high-end luxury cars, delivering top-quality service to our discerning clientele. This role demands exceptional technical expertise, precision, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues in luxury vehicles.
Perform complex repairs on engines, transmissions, suspension systems, and other vehicle components.
Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake servicing, and fluid replacements, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
Conduct preemptive inspections to identify potential issues and recommend proactive solutions.
Handle advanced technologies and features unique to luxury car brands, such as adaptive cruise control, advanced safety systems, and infotainment upgrades.
Ensure all repairs and modifications meet or exceed industry and brand standards.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance procedures.
Provide recommendations for optimal vehicle performance and care while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and repairs completed.
Adhere to all safety, environmental, and workplace regulations.
