Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine the appropriate repair methods.
• Perform dent removal using various techniques, including paintless dent repair (PDR) where applicable.
• Repair or replace damaged body panels, including welding, shaping, and filling.
• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and feathering.
• Ensure all repairs are completed to a high standard, meeting company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
• Use and maintain workshop equipment effectively and safely.
• Collaborate with other workshop staff, including painters and mechanics, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Keep up to date with the latest repair techniques and technologies.
• Accurately record work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
