The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in body repair, dent removal, and refinishing processes. Responsibilities:
• Inspect vehicles for damage and determine repair procedures
• Perform dent removal, panel replacement, welding, and straightening
• Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, priming, masking)
• Ensure accurate fitment of body panels and parts
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop
• Collaborate with painters and service advisors to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in auto body repair
• Strong knowledge of body shop tools and equipment
• Ability to work with various materials (metal, plastic, aluminum)
• Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
• Team player with a strong work ethic
