About the Role:

As an Auction In-Charge, you will be responsible for managing the entire online bidding process, expanding dealer networks, and ensuring seamless execution of vehicle sales through our dealer app. Your expertise in maximizing volume and profitability, along with ensuring compliance with showroom processes, will contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire online bidding process for car sales through the dealer app.
• Expand dealer networks within and beyond the UAE to enhance sales reach.
• Ensure all assigned cars have proper pictures and inspection reports per guidelines.
• Execute invoices and deliveries promptly while maintaining accurate customer records.
• Maintain high standards of customer service to strengthen the POQC brand.
• Conduct root cause analysis on customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Implement best practices by benchmarking competitor standards.
• Record all inquiries and follow up effectively to generate maximum opportunities.
• Ensure timely submission of reports.
• Continuously update knowledge and skills through training programs.
• Ensure compliance with showroom internal processes and SOPs.
