Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the Attendant role at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

To provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience at our attraction and adhere to operation requirements and process

Key Accountabilities:

• Greeting and Welcome: Welcome guests warmly, managing ticketing, and entry processes efficiently.
• Guest Inquiries: Respond to guest queries regarding attractions, exhibits, and services.
• Resolve Issues: Address and resolve guest complaints, concerns, and issues promptly.
• Provide Information: Offer insights into The Palm's history, architecture, and surrounding attractions.
• Safety and Security: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and report incidents.
• Ticketing and Sales: Process ticket sales, upgrades, and refunds.
• Team Collaboration: Assist colleagues in maintaining seamless operations.
• Maintain Facilities: Ensure cleanliness and organization of public areas.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest enhancements to elevate guest experiences.

Operation requirements:

• The asset is ready and up to standard before opening the attraction to the guests.
• Monitor the queue line and ensure to have a smooth flow of the guests.
• Reporting any unusual activities by the partners during and after operating hours to the Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications: High School Certificate or equivalent certification / diploma

Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar Attraction/Hospitality customer service and operations

This would include but not limited to demonstrating 'entrepreneurial creativity' stimulating and inspiring others to understand how the initiative can be developed and implemented.
