About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Attendant to join our Talise Fitness team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• To check and set up the daily operations of the male/female spa according to Talise standards. 
• To replenish all necessary items promptly. 
• To greet the guest upon entering the area.
• To maintain the water in the areas. 
• To provide service promptly, courteously and accurately. 
• To request, collect stock and supplies in accordance with minimum stock levels. 
• To ensure all equipment is well maintained and in safe condition 
• To handle all guest complaints and record all guest comments.
• To report any breakage, damage & loss to the Team Leaders. 
• To assist the Therapists/Practitioners to prepare for treatments when needed. 
• Maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of any equipment. 
• Assist in the operation of all spa departments as required. 
• Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition at all times. 
• Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner.

About you: 

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5-star hotel
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor to provide exceptional customer service to guests.
• Familiarity with spa services, treatments, and amenities to effectively assist guests and provide information as needed.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
