MAIN DUTIES
Provide information about facilities, entertainment options, rules and regulations, answer guest questions and make recommendations as necessary. Assist customers with questions regarding the purchase of, account summary or activity summary of their voucher. Perform minor maintenance on all games equipment as directed by management. Maintain Laser Tag vests as requested by management. Monitor event activities (Laser Tag – To ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures. Process payment transactions. Perform all opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked. Keep informed of shut-down and emergency evacuations procedures. Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by Company management.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Assists the customer’s enquiry on events packages and general inquiries
Deals with member of the public in a polite and courteous manner ensuring outstanding customer experience
QUALIFICATION
Possess and maintain a current knowledge of the main event facilities and activities; including the services and products for customer purchase. Ability to operate computer, cash register and credit card verification equipment. A minimum of 2 year prior job experience with cash handling and public interaction responsibilities is preferred. Possess good customer relations abilities, outgoing and friendly manner, courteous and cooperative attitude, team oriented. Knowledge of workplace safety procedures. Well-groomed and neat appearance.

Hours and Schedule of work – 9 hours including break,
6 days a week, 1 day weekday off
