Lead a group of multiple processes, supporting customer fulfilment for trade finance activities
Oversee the day-to-day operations, including letter of credits, LC confirmations, document scrutiny, payments, discounting and trade finance related process. Effective Problem-Solving capabilities
Comprehensive understanding of Trade Finance operations and products
Monitor key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Suggest and implement necessary changes
Develop cross skilling, to foster an environment of adaptability and continuous learning. Ensure proactive steps are taken to reallocate resources, ensuring stability and consistent service delivery
Ensure compliance with all relevant banking laws, regulations, and industry standards
Manage the various operational risks within laid down procedures. identify potential risks areas and implement the proposed solutions
Functions within the framework and boundaries of the Banks policies
Collaborate with executive leadership to make strategic decisions impacting the organization's financial well-being
Oversee daily operations related to customer service and fulfillment
Develop and implement service quality standards and performance metrics
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards
Address escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction.
What You Should Have
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degrees are preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in back-office processes within the banking industry.
