What You Will Be Doing

  • The Product Manager of Credit Cards will lead the end-to-end customer journey for acquisition, as well as the partnership Go To Market strategy.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a good understanding of financial services, preferably credit cards, a data-driven mindset, and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting and communicating a cohesive product strategy for digital onboarding, local digital services, aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to drive innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, define roadmaps, prioritize features.
  • Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely releases and compliance with security measures and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and drive new digital initiatives for credit card journeys.
  • Be the driving force for continuous improvements, initiate & drive process enhancements.
  • Enhance digital onboarding processes, promoting digital accounts, monitor performance metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Work with the Partnership team to diversify acquisition channel including eco-system partners.
  • Collaborate with related stakeholders to perform feasibility studies.
  • Champion the cause of 100% digital and autonomous customer journey.
  • Recommend process improvements to drive operational efficiencies and high-quality customer service.
