Job Description
We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry to develop and manage relationships with real estate developers, and other alternate channels to drive mortgage sales.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement strategies to source mortgage sales through alternate channels such as real estate developers, financial advisors, and other relevant partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate and financial sectors.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand the network of alternate channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of mortgage applications sourced through alternate channels.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote our mortgage products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the mortgage business.
