Job Description
Role: Associate UI/UX Designer
Location: Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
- As an Associate UI/UX Designer, you will support the design team in various aspects of the design process, including research, usability testing, and Arabic translation, while developing your skills in UI/UX design.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
- Collaborate with the design to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.
- Participate in design brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance user experience.
- Review and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on UX design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
- Collaborate with other designs to translate existing designs into Arabic with RTL layout.
Specialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role:
- Excellent communications skills in Arabic and English.
- 0-2 years’ experience in graphic design (Adobe, Canva, Figma)
- Strong interest in digital technologies.
- Basic understanding of digital banking services is a plus.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Flexible with the ability to work around changing business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Media, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
