ASSOCIATE SENIOR PAINTER

To carry out painting works of building fabrics& external infrastructure achieving the required/assigned targets of thework within the designated area of operations meeting complete satisfaction ofClients & end users.

• Carry out scheduled painting maintenance works of building fabrics as assigned including interior/exterior walls, doors, windows, floors, road markings, kerbs, car parks, sheds etc

• Carry out painting repair works of road markings, kerbs, car parks, un-textured painting etc

§Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster

• Carry out land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAE

• Assist in condition surveys / snagging of painting works

• Carry out any other appropriate works as assigned time to time

§Comply with companies EHS & Q regulations

Education/Qualifications

• High School Certificate (8th Standard) is a must and Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) is desirable.

Skills/ Competencies/ Experience

• 3 – 5 years relevant experience.
• Preferably having experience in the building services industry as a Painter carrying out interior & exterior painting work.
• Flexibility and Adaptability.
• Team Work and Service Orientation
• Reliability, Commitment and Flexibility.
• Basic communication skills and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
• Must be in the age group between 25 and 35 years of age.
• Must be physically fit to perform the required job.
