Job Description

Role       :  Associate Relationship Manager - Wealth Coverage
 


Location : Dubai                       
Role Purpose:
 


The role will support the front-line team in managing and processing client requests and transactions for priority and private banking segments. The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day client servicing operations, including handling account opening process, processing portfolio creation for investment bookings and redemptions and all related service/operations requests received from front-line and clients, managing walk-ins at priority and private banking centers. This role also ensures that client service standards are met, operational efficiency is maintained, and all requests are processed accurately and timely.
    
Key Accountabilities of the role      
 


Client Servicing & Request Management


  • Support the Senior RM/RM in processing client requests for NTB acquisition
  • Process and manage various client service requests including account opening, client documentation, investment bookings, and redemption processing, funds transfers…etc.
  • Ensure all client transactions are processed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all documentation, due diligence, and compliance requirements are met during the client onboarding process.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on NTB acquisition efforts, ensuring that targets are met.

Investment Management Support


  • Oversee the processing of investment bookings, redemptions, and fund transfers for clients within the priority and private banking segments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., investment advisors, operations, WMO) to ensure smooth execution of investment transactions.
  • Generate investment reports and client statements accurately and on time, ensuring that clients have up-to-date information on their portfolios.

Operational Support & Workflow Management


  • Assist in managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the international wealth coverage business, ensuring all client service processes are executed according to standard operating procedures.
  • Provide operational support to the senior leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of administrative tasks and client transactions.
  • Maintain MIS reports of RM activities, transactions, requests, and interactions in line with the bank's compliance and data management policies.

Client Walk-In Management


  • Act as a point of contact for clients visiting the priority/private banking centers, handling walk-ins and assisting with their inquiries or requests.
  • Ensure that all client walk-ins are attended to promptly and effectively, addressing any queries or needs they may have.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Support


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Investment Advisors, Operations, and Compliance, to ensure efficient processing of client requests and transactions.
  • Work closely with other departments to facilitate smooth and accurate processing of financial transactions, client queries, and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with Priority & Private banking teams to support the onboarding of NTB clients into the priority and private banking segments.

Risk & Compliance Management
 


  • Ensure that all client servicing activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing compliance-related matters, including KYC and AML requirements.
     

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
Experience in processing client transactions, investment products, and account management in wealth management is highly desirable.


  • Strong operational and client servicing skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage client service requests effectively and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, senior leaders, and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including KYC and AML, and experience in adhering to compliance guidelines.
    Previous experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, wealth management, or banking operations, preferably in priority/private banking or international wealth management
