Performance Indicators
- To assist the Lead Electromechanical Technician in carrying out the service & maintenance and overhauling of various types of larger capacity Pumps (Centrifugal & Turbine), Motors, Engines, Compressors, Rotating equipment, Industrial plants, Conveyers Heat Exchangers and associated controls and any other related mechanical equipment under the Imdaad contracts
- Completion of work within stipulated time and completing the work orders on time.
- To assist the Lead Electromechanical Technician in Troubleshooting system failures on all of the above equipment /systems with minimum downtime
- Identify the root cause of system failure & remedial action. Completion of work orders on time
- To assist the Lead Electromechanical Technician in carrying out brazing & welding works as required by the industry
- Comply with standard techniques & EHS policies and also hot work permits when required
- To assist the Lead Electromechanical Technician to execute installation works of Pumps (Centrifugal & Turbine), Motors, Engines, Compressors, Rotating equipment, Industrial plants, Conveyers, Heat Exchangers and mechanical equipment as and when required
- Satisfactory work completion within given time
- Provide necessary assistance as required when calibrating tools & measuring devices
- To assist the Lead Electromechanical Technician in carrying out periodic pressure tests & hydrostatic test of plants & equipment as applicable
- Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster
- To assist the Lead Electromechanical Technician in carrying out land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAE
- Assist in condition surveys / snagging works of mechanical systems when required
- To assist the Lead Electromechanical Technician in carrying out any other appropriate works as assigned time to time
- Comply with companies EHS & Q regulations

Education/Qualifications
- Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) is a must and Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th Standard) is desirable.
- 6 months Vocational Education in the Relevant Trade OR 1 year/ 2 years ITI is a must.
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
- 6 months Vocational Education – 6- 7 years relevant experience.
- 1 year ITI – 5 - 6 years relevant experience.
- 2 years ITI – 3 – 5 years relevant experience.
- Reliability, Commitment and Flexibility.
- Attention to Detail, Service Orientation
- Technical problem Solving.
- Basic communication skills in English and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
- Must be in the age group between 25 and 35 years of age.
- Must be physically fit to perform the required job.
