As an Associate Landscape Architect, you will oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and groundbreaking design. Key Responsibilities- Design Leadership: Lead the creative vision for projects, providing innovative spatial design solutions across diverse project types and scales.
- Project Management: Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships, understand client needs, and deliver exceptional service while fostering long-term partnerships.
- Business Development: Support bid proposals, drive team growth, and contribute to expanding our portfolio with new opportunities.
- Innovation & Expertise: Stay ahead of global trends in landscape architecture, integrating international best practices and cutting-edge solutions.

- Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure all projects meet applicable authority requirements and adhere to the company’s quality management systems.
RequirementsA visionary leader with a postgraduate degree in Landscape Architecture and professional certification as a Landscape Architect.
12+ years of experience, ideally including UAE or KSA projects, with a proven ability to manage high-profile assignments.
A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering outstanding design solutions.
Exceptional project management skills, with experience in budgeting, contract management, and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency in design tools and software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and hand sketching, as well as Microsoft Office Suite tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
