Job description
We are looking for a Senior Manager/Associate Director to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) team, in the Middle East.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery on client engagements, supported by a junior engagement team
- Build, maintain and lead strong relationships with clients
- Being the day-to-day contact for allocated clients
- Management oversight of all associated compliance processes for international assignees
- Ensuring clients are provided with up-to-date information on relevant tax and immigration developments
- Advising on risk issues relevant to client and assisting in mitigating these
- Preparing client advice for Partner review
- Project management
- Delegation of work to, and training and coaching of junior staff
- Interaction with KPMG's global People Services network
- Managing the day to day running of the GMS team and participating in managerial meetings
- Monitoring, recording and managing financial results on clients to ensure profitability of the business
- Recognizing and developing opportunities to further grow the GMS team.
- Lead business development/proposals in the region
- Interacting with other service lines to grow the overall business
Qualifications and Skills
- ACA/ATT/CTA qualified or equivalent
Experience and Background
- Previous experience working in GMS and an overall awareness of the different services within GMS
- Ability to travel regionally
- Willing to learn and grow
