Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading FM company in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire an Associate Director - Finance (UAE National) who will play a key role in driving the finance strategy and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the finance department's strategy in line with the company's overall objectives.
- Provide financial expertise and guidance to leadership, ensuring business goals are met.
- Lead and motivate the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Define and optimize the department's structure for effective resource utilization.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and suggest improvements for cost efficiency.
- Manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to meet business needs.
- Maintain a comprehensive accounting system and optimize working capital.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and IFRS standards.
- Direct the integration and management of SAP Finance processes within the organization.
- Implement and improve departmental policies, systems, and procedures to meet industry standards.
- Provide timely and accurate financial reports to stakeholders.

Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field (Master's degree or professional certification preferred).
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role, ideally within the facilities management sector.
- UAE National
