Associate Demand Planning & Working Cap. Mgt will be responsible for implementing the defined Demand Planning and Working Capital framework within the allocated Domain PODs. Develop and communicate top-down demand forecasts and plans by consolidating the local Opcos demand in collaboration with Opco procurement teams for effective demand mgt The associate will collaborate cross functionally with members of the domain PODs to ensure accurate demand plans and forecasts are developed by each category at the starting of the year. Manage internal stakeholders to ensure demand plans are developed accurately in line with the business requirement and resolve any impediments if required. Further the associate will also ensure that the working capital Supply Chain KPIs are in line with the defined targets. As part of the Demand Planning Chapter, the associate will also identify best market practices, ensure consistency in sharing of best practices across the chapter members and Opcos The Associate will work closely with the Principal – Demand Planning and Global Lead Planning & Fulfilment to achieve targeted outcomes as defined by the leadershipJob Outcomes / Results •Achieve respective squad & CoE outcomes •Perform consolidation of local demand for respective category •Improve demand forecast accuracy for Opcos •Monitor demand forecast drivers for the category •Ensure accurate demand consolidation from the Opcos •Develop the sourcing calendar •Generate effective cost savings •Improve service delivery and TAT •Manage working capital effectively •Ensure adequate working capital is available •Maintain minimum variance between demand forecasts and budgets •Foster business partnerships with internal stakeholders
