Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Handsfree Carrier Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in the safe and convenient transport of their Shopping Bags using innovative handsfree solutions.
The candidate must be excellent at customer service and have a customer-centric attitude.
The candidate must be physically active, as this role requires walking.
You must be willing to carry baggage, such as shopping bags, for customers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Customer Assistance: Assist customers with the use of handsfree baggage transport
systems, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and comfortable experience.
Baggage Handling: Ensure the proper movement of Baggage handsfree baggage carriers,
while safeguarding customer items.
Safety & Security: Ensure all luggage is handled with care, maintaining the safety and
security of both the items and customers.
Customer Support: Provide guidance and assistance to customers, answering any
questions regarding the handsfree baggage service, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
