What will you do?


•           Research and study of Ingram Micro's position/market share per region / channel segment / product for the assigned vendors


•           Support the PMs on Marketing Plan annually and quarterly, working closely with marketing team for implementation and for measuring each event success rate. 


•           Design Reseller Programs for different Channel Segments to insure the right penetration and sales of different product segments to the right Reseller Segments


•           Support BU to define strategy, implement across assigned vendors


•           Build business relation across assigned vendors, of all levels


•           Support PMs, to monitoring sales pipeline and ensuring closures through sales teams, 


•           Build business relation with top 20 partners of the assigned vendors, arrange to meet F2F them at least twice in a quarter for UAE, once for GCC(Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain)


•           Help PMs to maximize vendor rebates, optimize through deep study and analysis.


Which Talent do you bring?


•           You are a graduate, preferably with an MBA with minimum 10+ years of managing distribution business


•           You must have excellent knowledge of enterprise solutions;  includes networking, compute, storage and hyperconverged


•           You have time management, decision making and planning skills.


•           Proven records in strategy formation, implementation and execution
