Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Software related field. An MBA would be preferrable.
- 2 years or more of experience in sales support, administration & coordination.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, and driven to achieve results.
- Comfortable in a performance metric-oriented environment.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and effectively meet deadlines.
- Language skills: Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered favorably.
- Competence with relevant technologies, such as Microsoft Office and CRM/sales reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for all Alliance related operational and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all Alliance partnership agreements are in place and updated continuously.
- Be the focal point for all relevant Alliance partner program requirements and benefits.
- Engage with Alliances to secure all available rebates, marketing funds and incentives.
- Be responsible for all Alliance related regular and adhoc reporting and dashboards.
- Support Alliance Director to setup regular meeting and quarterly business reviews.
- Support Alliance Director in monitoring and reviewing Alliance sales pipeline velocity.
- Support Alliance Director in executing GTM/Co-marketing activities and initiatives.
- Support Alliance Director in delivering Alliance led sales/technical enablement sessions.
