Job Description
- Assist the Project Supervisor to manage the work of a team of full time cleaning operatives whilst maintain and enhance aesthetics and minimize disruption.
- Manage a project with limited number of cleaning operatives
- Organize the workload of the team in coordination with the Project Supervisor and Area Supervisor, ensuring an even distribution of work.
- Identify and anticipates client / customer requirements, expectations and needs and respond accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal & external resources including department, vendors, Subcontractors- if any, client etc., as required to meet the assigned job’s operational needs.
- Ensure that the team of cleaning operatives perform to the standard as per the SLA.
- Ensure that the building’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures is adhered to at all times
- Liaise with the Project Supervisor and Site Supervisor on a regular basis, dealing effectively with any problems or complaints that may arise.
- Preparation of reports, maintain records and carry out standard cleaning procedures for the managed buildings and grounds in accordance with the ISO standards and Municipal policies
Education/Qualifications
- 3 Year Diploma Is A Must.
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
- 7 - 9 years relevant experience.
- People Management Skills, problem solving skills and delegation skills.
- Numerical Ability, Result Orientation and Planning & Organizing skills.
Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
