Job Description
Supervise Daily Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Spike Bar, ensuring the smooth running of the restaurant and bar services.
- Ensure that service standards are consistently met, and guests receive a high level of service.
Team Management:
- Assist in training, supervising, and motivating the F&B team to provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient service.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure a friendly, efficient, and personalized service to all guests.
- Address customer feedback or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Inventory & Stock Management:
- Assist in monitoring stock levels of food and beverages, placing orders when necessary, and ensuring proper storage and stock rotation.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene standards.
Financial Management:
- Support in achieving financial targets, controlling costs, and minimizing wastage.
- Assist with budgeting and managing operational expenses.
Health & Safety Compliance:
- Ensure that the restaurant complies with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Enforce proper hygiene practices and safe working conditions.
RequirementsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the F&B industry, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service, and team management.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with guests and staff effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
UAE experience preferred.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
