A multinational JAFZA-based automotive company is recruiting a graduate/postgraduate in marketing, business, or engineering for the position of Assistant Marketing Manager. The position will involve managing key products, pricing, supply and demand, and vehicle and part analysis.
Role & Responsibilities:
Receiving inquiries of base vehicles and conversion and accessories.
All compliance check follow-related tasks.
Finalizing the specification & Price offer (including conversion) with Customer.
Finding prospective Customers and connecting them with Manager.
Product and Pricing: Right product setting with Headquarters.
Product and Pricing: Assisting in finding out requested SFX and arranging preparation and request for a new SFX.
Product and Pricing: Right price setting and adjustment/discount.
Product and Pricing: Maintaining Price Lists, prepare.
Product and Pricing: Price Approval docs for SFX change etc.
Product and Pricing: If required, price support negotiation with Headquarters and internally (GM).
Marketing/Promotions: Promotional support to customers in collaboration with Headquarters.
Marketing/Promotions: Assist in preparing monthly forecasts and orders.
Market and Grey Market analysis: On Pricing.
Market and Grey Market analysis: On Specification.
Market and Grey Market analysis: On Availability.
Supply & Demand: All the tasks related to Order-to-delivery.
Supply & Demand: Operation from Headquarters/Sister Companies/Dubai office.
Supply & Demand: Collaborating with logistics team.
Supply & Demand: Setting up relations with Local Distributors.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Completed Higher Education in Economics, Management, or Technical/Engineering.
Minimum of 5-year experience in product and pricing related job.
Fluent in English is essential, some level of French is an advantage.
Driving License.
Experience in sales, product and pricing in automotive sector.
Experience of dealing with a diverse group of customers/nationalities.
High competence in Microsoft use (Excel, Word, Outlook etc).
Interest in the automotive sector.
Technical background or strong desire to learn the technical side of automobile products.
