Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of credit administration activities for trade working capital products and business loans, including documentation management.
- Ensure timely and quality services for internal and external customers within the BBG vertical to maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Lead multiple processes supporting customer fulfillment for Credit Administration, including BBG credit operations, documentation, limit loading, and disbursements.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Business Banking products.
- Monitor key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- Foster an environment of adaptability and continuous learning through cross-skilling and proactive resource reallocation to ensure stable and consistent service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant banking laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage operational risks by identifying potential risk areas and implementing proposed solutions. Stay updated with regulatory changes to ensure continuous compliance.
