Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Assistant Manager Sales Integration at Arabian Radio Network (part of Dubai Holding Entertainment) in this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

•           Conduct briefing sessions with clients to identify opportunities for each across the ARN stations.

•           Brainstorm and develop client solutions with marketing and programming teams for clients that work within the framework of the stations and network.

•           Develop the client proposals with on-air, digital, social and on-ground ideas based on client briefs in accordance with the due date supplied by the account manager

•           Keep track of the market updates and contstantl 

•           Develop new digital and social media ideas which can be proactively sold to clients and activated across the 9 ARN stations. 

•           Work with the team members to develop the client strategy through copy and 

•           Activate the client solutions sold and service the client through regular communication and campaign updates including on-ground activations.

•           Work alongside other integration team members to uncover network opportunities for clients representing all three services when necessary. 

•           Work with the digital team to develop new digital ideas that could be delivered off multiple platforms.

About you: 

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Sales and Marketing is a must
• Management and Leadership skills.
• Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or relevant field
