Job Description

Job Responsibility:


Assistant Manager- RBWM Governance is responsible for the following activities:


  • To provide support to the Senior Manager- Governance EI to ensure researching, recommending, and implementing process improvements as warranted along with driving existing implementations.
  • Provide support to summarize and formulate viable recommendations for the improvement of business operations, efficiencies, and internal controls.
  • Works closely with several support functions to ensure Service Level Agreements are in place and measure performance through MIS reports. Prepare and present performance and review plans on a timely manner to track project progress.
  • Developing multi-level presentations as needed to keep senior management stakeholders apprised on Project progress.
  • Support Sr. Manager- RBWM Governance in preparation of agenda items and action items for various meetings on Ops Risk, Governance, Audit, Compliance.

Job Skills & Qualifications:


  • Graduate with understanding of Banking, local regulations, products, and current developments.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Banking industry
  • Knowledge in Operational Risk, Fraud and Compliance
  • 3-5 years strong Operations experience
