About the role

If this, is you then the Atlantis, The Royal, food and beverage team is looking for someone like you! As an Assisant Manager, Outdoors you will be assisting the Operations Manager in achieving the stated objectives in sales, cost control and colleague retention whilst ensuring the highest possible standard of guest experience. Maintaining a complete understanding of all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs is an essential part of this role.

About you

The ideal candidate must have at least four years of overall experience and a minimum two years of relevant Outdoor experience or other experience related to this field. A solid understanding of business acumen is essential in this role, together with the ability to work with various level of stakeholders working well under pressure and adapting to any situation.
