Role Summary:
The Assistant Manager - NOC plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the community's infrastructure and services. This involves monitoring systems, responding to incidents, coordinating with technicians, and providing support to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor various systems (e.g., security, building management, IT) to detect and resolve issues proactively.
- Incident Management: Respond to incidents and emergencies, following established procedures to minimize disruption to residents.
- Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely maintenance.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, keeping them informed about service disruptions or important updates.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance activities, and system performance.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on NOC activities and key performance indicators.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve NOC processes and procedures.
