Assistant Manager

The Global Strategy Group (GSG) is KPMG's strategy consulting arm with over 3500 consultants worldwide covering sectors including Government & Public Sector, Energy & Utilities, Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Transportation & Mobility, Technology-Media-Telecom, Industrial Manufacturing, Consumer & Retail.

Role Responsibility:


• Own deliverables / areas of an engagements with minimal guidance


Deliver highest quality deliverables, insights and outcomes to clients, leveraging deep subject matter expertise, strategic thinking and innovative approaches


Contribute to the planning and day-to-day execution of engagements, including scope, resources and timelines to deliver timely deliverables and achieve required revenue and profitability targets


Provide technical knowledge, coaching and development to junior team members


Contribute to business development activities including the development of proposals and thought pieces


Contribute to practice development initiatives and sector programs


Qualification:


4-6 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm or in relevant sectors


MBA from top tier business school or post graduate diploma in business, finance, economics from top tier university


Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skills


Strong analytical and cognitive ability


Curiosity and open mindedness to new ideas, approaches and perspectives


English (must) and Arabic (preferred) speaker


UAE / Middle East experience will be a plus
