Job Summary:
The Financial Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing the organization's relationships with various banks in the UAE. This role will focus on securing financial products such as loans and credit facilities, ensuring seamless banking transactions, and staying compliant with UAE's legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the UAE banking sector, with a deep understanding of online banking systems, and legal terms pertinent to the financial industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions across the UAE. Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking-related communications, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. Negotiate favorable terms with banks for various financial services including loans, overdrafts, and credit facilities. Identify and secure suitable loan options and credit facilities from banks in line with the organizations financial needs and strategy. Prepare and submit loan applications, ensuring compliance with banking requirements. Monitor the status of loans, credit lines, and other banking facilities, ensuring timely renewals and payments. Manage and oversee the organizations online banking operations, ensuring seamless execution of transfers, payments, and other financial transactions. Stay updated on UAE banking laws, financial regulations, and legal requirements. Ensure that all banking agreements, loans, and financial transactions comply with relevant UAE laws and the organizations policies. Work closely with legal and finance teams to review contracts and legal documentation related to banking activities.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a CA/ACCA (Preferable). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in banking, finance, or a related field in the UAE. In-depth knowledge of the UAE banking system, loan products, and financial services. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with banks and financial institutions. Proficiency in UAEs online banking systems and processes. Solid understanding of UAEs financial laws and regulations* Strong knowledge of financial products, loan arrangements, and banking operations in the UAE.
