About the Role
The Entertainment Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in non-F&B areas of the venue, including the games arcade, soft play area, bowling alley, and multipurpose area. Key duties include ensuring excellent customer service, supervising the team, managing corporate and group bookings, and maintaining smooth operations of facilities, machinery, and activities. The role involves monitoring safety protocols, improving customer satisfaction, and staying informed about industry trends. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for training staff, managing schedules, handling complaints, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.

You are a proactive, organized individual with strong leadership and customer relationship management skills. You have experience in managing recreational facilities, supervising teams, and improving guest experiences. Your ability to stay informed about industry developments and trends allows you to make effective decisions. You are skilled in training, scheduling, and handling guest complaints, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
