Job Description

  1. Receive, verify, and check the submitted requests from consultants related to LTS new design, change of approved designs, and verify As Built drawings at completion stage within DHLE communities. 
  2. Conduct pre-application meetings with clients and /or their representatives and appointed consultants.
  3. Verify the provided area calculation and assure compliance of proposed designs with applicable design guidelines and regulations.
  4. Prepare and manage area calculations regarding proposed LTS building designs. 
  5. Issue accurate and professional technical design review report as a base of invoicing.
  6. Prepare NOC and stamped drawings if the design complies with guidelines and prepare a Rejection letter in case the design is not complying with DCR.
  7. Conduct meetings with clients and /or their representatives to discuss the comments issued within Design review reports.
  8. Undertake tasks as may be directed by line manager and management from time to time.
  9. Prepare design presentations to DHLE management, seeking initial approvals or comments.
  10. Enhance guidelines and regulations to align with clients’ demands, needs, and satisfaction.
  11. Coordinate with different authorities to speed up obtaining relevant NOCs, if needed.
  12. Coordinate with different disciplines internally and externally to ensure a smooth experience between DHLE, the client and appointed consultant/contractor.
