Job Description

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:


  • Support senior leadership and collaborate with department heads on all talent acquisition requirements.
  • Ensure hire requests comply with internal workforce plans and drive the necessary approval processes.
  • Use different candidate search tools such as LinkedIn, agencies, and internal referrals.

Compensation and Benefits:


  • Add new joiners timely on the payroll and remove leavers timely.
  • Support payroll processing, ensuring accuracy of payroll submissions and reconciliation in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Oversee all types of leave management, maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper reflection in payroll.
  • Administer pension plans for GCC nationals, ensuring portal accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Organizational Design and Performance Management:


  • Maintain up-to-date organizational and departmental charts.
  • Ensure job descriptions for all roles are current and signed by all parties.

Role education and qualification requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • 7-9 years in a similar role.

Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and banking sector[1]specific HR software.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws, banking regulations, and ADGM laws and regulations
