Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi, UAE, to hire an Assistant HR Manager to oversee HR operations in the UAE and support the Saudi Arabia branch. This regional role requires a results-driven HR professional who can operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance, optimizing HR functions, and traveling on short notice as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee HR operations in the UAE and provide strategic support to the Saudi branch.

- Ensure compliance with UAE and KSA labor laws and healthcare regulations.

- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to drive efficiency.

- Handle employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a strong work culture.

- Supervise payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

- Implement training & development programs aligned with business objectives.

- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality.

- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and engagement strategies.

- Travel as required to oversee HR activities across the region.


Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 5+ years of senior HR experience in the healthcare industry.

- Strong knowledge of UAE & KSA labor laws and HR best practices.

- Proficiency in HR software and digitally fluid.

- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.

- Ability to travel on short notice and adapt to a fast-growing environment
