Job Description

Position- Assistant HR Manager


Summary- The Asst. Manager HR will be responsible for managing end to end employee life cycle functional areas: talent acquisition, Onboarding, payroll processing, employee record management, employee relations, HR policies & compliance, and Employee Engagement.


Salary- 15,000 AED


Job Description


  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions.
  • Provide HR support to the HR Director
  • Ensure the smooth running of the entire human resources operations department.
  • Supervise the process of receiving requests from the employees, and check and complete them according to the specified time and required standards.
  • Link the development of the Human Resources Department's objectives and systems and processes with the company's general strategy and build plans that help in the process of development and improvement of the employee services.
  • Supervise the process of employing the required personnel in the operations management in order to complete the work according to the appropriate skills and time
  • Ensure the efficiency of the administrative services provided to the employees.
  • Supervise all human resources operations such as vacations, letters of introduction, administrative letters, attendance and departure record, medical insurance, social insurance, clearance, etc., and ensure the provision of all services in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in use of computers and its applications. Strong communication skills.

Minimum Requirement


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management coupled with 10- 12 years of experience (max total experience not to exceed 12 years) in human resources in a multinational environment in the UAE.
  • Excellent knowledge of UAE labor law, HR Operations, and HRMS- workday experience is a great plus. The ideal candidate will be positive and approachable with excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate experience within Services industry is preferred.
  • Candidates must be based in UAE.
  • Experience working on Workday software applications will be good to have however not mandatory.
