Assistant Finance Manager I Real Estate I Financial Controlling
Location: Dubai, AE Coordinate with the external auditors throughout the audit process for the Real Estate Holding Companies. Prepare all necessary documentation and information for the audit. Respond to auditor inquiries in a timely and comprehensive manner. Track and manage audit findings, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions. Work with the Regional Financial Controller to develop and implement recommendations for improvement of internal controls identified during the audit. Assist the Regional Financial Controller with other tasks as assigned. * Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
