Job Description

Job Purpose: 


The role holder will be responsible to ensure the optimal functioning, maintenance, and installation of security systems within the designated area, while providing technical support and identifying improvement opportunities to enhance overall security operations


Key Accountabilities:


  • Assist on the installation process of all the security systems within the designated area and test all security features in order to ensure the proper functioning of the systems.
  • Assist in the maintenance and operation of control rooms, security systems and monitor all the activities related to security.
  • Follow- up with technical contractor’s report work progress and report failure to the management to ensure maximum security is maintained
  • Follow up with the relevant contractor for progress related activities such as security system testing, assembling, servicing, and repairing.
  • Assist and support on the assigned security projects and follow-up if the security systems solutions are implemented.
  • Provide incident reports to identify and detect areas of Security systems risks and coordinate with the team to ensure continuous improvement in the security department.
  • Identify and recommend areas for improvement in the security department to enhance overall operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong external and internal customer relationships by identifying and anticipating customer needs, responding to them in a timely and efficient manner, and continuously improving service to maintain long-term relationships.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager to ensure effective and efficient operation of the assigned function


7. Qualifications, Experiences, Skills
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: 
  • Higher school education / Diploma or certificate program in security operations or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum Experience (number of years): 
  • Minimum 2-4 year’s experience in security operations
