ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE, DUBAI, UP TO AED19k PLUS BENEFITS
The Assistant DOFB Role:
In brief, the position is responsible for ensuring that all areas within the Food and Beverage department are properly managed in a structured and professional manner and to assist the Department head in order to achieve the optimum performance of each operation outlet within the department. This is a mainly operational role, so we need someone who is proactive and visible in the outlet operations.
Education, Qualifications & Experiences Required:
- You should be a college / university degree graduate with a minimum of two years experiences in a similar role.
- You must be a computer literate with effective communication skills and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
Knowledge & Competencies for the Assistant DOFB role:
- Hands-on professional with a solid food & beverage background and the passion for quality and excellence.
- Creative and eager to share your desire to achieve highest quality service standards with guests and team members

Salary Package Offered:
- Salary minimum AED 13,000
- Service Charge monthly – fluctuates depending on the business of the hotel
- Live out allowance - AED 6,000/mo
- Hiring status – Family, max 1 child
- Medical insurance – spouse + 1 child

- Yearly vacation ticket – self only
- Commencement ticket where applicable
