Job Description:
Receiving daily GV attached with the supporting doc.(invoice copy LPO original GRV signed from the purchasing manager)
Building contract file synchronized with Purchasing and suppliers or offers to double check to make sure that the price in the invoice is the same as in the contract.
Double-check to assure all prices in the supplier invoices regarding to the Contract and LPO or offer are OK.
Allocate all quantities received from restaurant to restaurants as shown in the monthly cost report.
Supervise and follow up on applying the Physical monthly restaurants inventories.
Job Requirements:
from 2 to 3years experience in the same title .
- experience in food & Beverage specially in Hotels field .
- Bachelors' degree
- experience in night life .
- Good common in English .
- Microsoft office skills .
- high communication skills .
