Assistant Brand Manager – Cosmetics

Job Description:
 

As the Assistant Brand Manager, you will support the Brand Manager in driving sales and revenue growth for one or more cosmetics brands.

You will play a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product sales.


 

Job Requirements:

 

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or sales in the cosmetics/beauty industry
• Strong understanding of the cosmetics/beauty consumer and proven ability to drive sales
• Excellent project management, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM and marketing analytics tools
• Solid problem-solving abilities, creativity, and an eye for aesthetics
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline
