Job Description

  • Record and maintain the business’s financial transactions including transactions such as purchases, expenses, sales invoices and the receipt of payments.
  • Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
  • Maintenance of accounts receivable including invoicing, tracking and allocation of payments received.
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts between the accounting software and the vacation rental management software.
  • Preparation and distribution of the reconciled customer statements
  • Accurately perform reconciliations of cash, bank and credit card transactions,
  • Assist in month end closing procedures


Skills

FILIPINO only


  • Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver.
  • Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Extremely organized in a manner that is easily read by others.
