Job Description

·Participating in implementing the inventory and census process of the properties of minors and those in their care in coordination with the heirs and guardians of minors.


·Updating the inventory periodically on the files registered in the system and submitting a periodic report on it.


·Storing and archiving the files of minors and those in their care in an organized, systematic, secure and easy-to-retrieve manner.


·Organizing, classifying, documenting and preserving the files and documents of the cases of the deceased, minors and those in their care in the approved archive system.


·Participating in implementing the procedures for the field transfer of the locations of assets owned by minors and those in their care and stating their status and inventory.


·Adhering to the information security system, policies, operations and programs, and informing the direct manager of any security breaches or suspicious incidents.


·Performing any other tasks related to the work of the department or as directed


Bachelor’s degree/major in Business Administration/Law or equivalent.
