  • You develop robust and profitable commercial offers, considering pricing dynamics, competition risks, and our profitability guardrails.

  • You conduct advanced business analyses and create compelling business cases to evaluate the potential of future opportunities, lead pricing discussions and support commercial activities during product launches.

  • You manage and oversee customer and tender contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to timelines.

  • You actively contribute to ASPIRE based on your expertise and demonstrate flexibility working on multiple, different tasks supporting affiliates’ teams as it fits best.

  • You serve as a knowledge connector across business areas, functions, divisions, and geography.

Who you are:

  • You have experience in finance, preferably in a sales-focused or commercial environment, and are familiar with SAP or comparable ERP systems.

  • You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong business acumen displaying curiosity and a growth-oriented mindset going beyond Finance.

  • You are a true team player with a high work ethic, practicing a result-oriented working style, possessing strong decision-making and implementation skills with a proven ability to work independently and under pressure, effectively prioritizing tasks.

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective stakeholder communication.

What you get:

  • Great working environment with attractive compensation and rewards package (according to local regulations);

  • Access to various internal and external training platforms

  • Experienced and professional colleagues and workplace that supports innovation

  • Company’s emphasis on employees’ wellness and work-life balance
